Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's day-to-day IT and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure connectivity for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and provide technical support for office desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware, software and operating systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and network connectivity.
- Configure, monitor and troubleshoot VPN and Firewall.
- Monitor internet connectivity and coordinate with ISPs for installation, troubleshooting and service-related issues.
- Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve IT/network-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset records and basic network/infrastructure documentation.




- Ensure network security, availability and smooth day-to-day IT operations. Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in LAN, VPN and Firewall.
- Good knowledge of network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of routers, switches and Wi-Fi networks.
- Experience in ISP coordination and internet connectivity management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
