Experience – Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic – 4 – 13

Designation – ER/SE/AM

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for management of material on assembly line, hands on experience of SAP for material receipt, issue and other transactions.
- Shop Improvement activities (Kaizen).
- Overseeing all aspects of material flow management inside plant, Material variance analysis, Packaging improvement, BOM Checking etc.
- Handling voice of customer and resolution of problem at earliest.
- Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for management reporting.

Functional/Technical:
1- Experience of process analysis and improvement.

2- Experience of Vehicle Manufacturing Process of 4 Wheeler Industry

3- Planning and Problem solving Skills

4- Co-ordination and communication with other stake holders.

5- Can read and prepare engineering drawings.

6- Hand on Experience of kaizen activities.

7- Hand on Experience of MS Excel and power point.
