Most field sales jobs keep you on the same doctor-visit route for years. At KarunaiCare, you'll build our referral network in Chennai from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founders and join them in meetings with hospital leadership. As we expand, strong performers can grow into a team-lead or partnerships-manager role.

About KarunaiCare
KarunaiCare is a technology-enabled home healthcare platform. We connect Chennai families with verified nurses, attendants and physiotherapists, whether after a hospital discharge or for long-term care at home.

What you'll do

- Build referral relationships with doctors, physiotherapists and clinics across your assigned Chennai zones, from the first visit to an active referral partnership
- Identify decision-makers at hospitals and set up meetings; the founders will join you for these
- Run community outreach: health camps, RWA events and pharmacy tie-ups
- Keep a straightforward daily tracker and share weekly updates with the founding team
- Share what you hear in the field (objections, competitors,



what referrers expect); it directly shapes our pricing and product

What we offer

- Fixed salary of ₹35,000–40,000/month
- Monthly incentives of up to ₹10,000:
- ₹2,000 for every clinic partner
- ₹4,000 for every hospital partner
- A partner counts once they send their first patient referral
- Travel allowance of ₹5,000/month
- Direct mentorship from the founders, with no layers of management
- A clear growth path as the team expands

You'll fit well if you

- Have 2-5 years in field sales or business development (pharma, medical devices, diagnostics, insurance or similar)
- Are fluent in Tamil and English (other Indian languages are a plus)
- Enjoy meeting people face to face and are comfortable walking into a clinic without an introduction
- Can travel across Chennai daily (about 75% field time) and have a two-wheeler with a valid licence

Bonus

- Existing relationships with hospitals or clinics in Chennai
- Familiarity with discharge planning or home care in India

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

- BD/Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

- 50% (Required)
