Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Sr. HR/HR Executive to support HR operations at our dealership/workshop. The role will involve employee engagement, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities at the dealership/workshop.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing, attendance inputs and payroll-related queries.
- Support statutory compliance activities including PF,



ESI and other applicable labour regulations.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution in coordination with Branch Heads.
- Conduct employee engagement, induction and HR initiatives to improve employee experience.
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements, performance and employee-related matters.
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports and MIS to Head Office.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures and disciplinary standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations; experience in the automobile/dealership/workshop industry will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Solid communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS is a plus.

Salary : As per industry Standards
