Job Title: Field Advertising Supervisor

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Field Advertising Supervisor to manage and coordinate our field advertising team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate field advertising staff.
- Assign daily work and locations to team members.
- Ensure candidates/employees report to assigned locations on time.
- Monitor daily field activities and work progress.
- Guide team members during advertising activities.
- Coordinate with the management and provide daily updates.
- Maintain attendance and daily activity reports.
- Ensure assigned advertising work is completed properly and on time.
- Handle basic team-related issues and coordinate with management when required.
- Support recruitment/onboarding of field staff when required.

Requirements

- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate a small field team.




- Willingness to travel to different local locations.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps/WhatsApp and reporting.
- Responsible, punctual and target-oriented.
- Previous experience in field marketing, advertising, sales, team supervision or operations is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and leadership skills may also apply.
