Job Summary:

We are looking for a Plant Data Analyst to analyze plant performance data, monitor KPIs, compare plant performance, and identify improvement opportunities. The role will prepare dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and provide data-driven insights to management.

Minimum Studies:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

Minimum Requirements:

- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas
- Power BI/Tableau preferred
- Data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Download, collect, and maintain plant data in Excel/databases.
- Analyze productivity, manpower, quality, delivery, and performance KPIs.
- Compare plants and identify benchmarks.




- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare Excel dashboards, charts, and reports.
- Monitor trends, deviations, and productivity.
- Conduct weekly/monthly plant performance analysis.
- Develop automated reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with plants for data clarification and consistency.
