Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure smooth workflow at the workplace. The Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining discipline, productivity, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff/workers.
- Ensure work is completed as per company standards and timelines.
- Monitor attendance and shift schedules of employees.
- Maintain discipline and resolve minor workplace issues.
- Provide guidance and training to team members when required.
- Prepare daily reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor stock/material usage if applicable.

Requirements:





- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role (Warehouse/Factory/Office).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle team and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
