Goraksh Shaktidham Sevarth Foundation is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Compliance Officer to manage day-to-day accounting, financial documentation and compliance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, vouchers and payment records.
Handle Tally Prime and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Prepare bank reconciliation and maintain banking records.
Maintain donation, receipt and donor records.
Assist with salary/payroll records and staff payments.
Maintain documentation related to 12A/12AB, 80G, CSR-1, TDS and other applicable compliances.
Coordinate with the Foundation's Chartered Accountant for audit, tax filings and statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly financial reports, expenditure statements and MIS.
Maintain audit-ready financial documentation.
Ensure confidentiality and proper control of financial and donor information.
Qualification
Minimum: B.Com / Graduate with relevant accounting experience.
Preferred: M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter / CS Executive or certification in Accounting/Taxation/NGO Compliance.

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in NGOs, Trusts, Societies or Section 8 Companies will be preferred.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, systematic, accurate and capable of independently managing accounting records and coordinating statutory compliance work.
