About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Hosur production facility.

The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with Production, Stores, Administration, Finance and HR, overseeing manpower, maintaining workplace discipline, and ensuring smooth execution of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall day-to-day functioning of the Hosur site.
- Coordinate activities across Production, Stores, Administration and other functions.
- Monitor production progress, schedules, targets and timelines.
- Manage and supervise site manpower.
- Address routine employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate Production and Stores for material availability.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance and facility requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR for site-level requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for senior management.




- Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate critical operational, employee, safety and resource-related issues.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in operations, site management or manufacturing.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, defence, aerospace or similar industrial environments will be preferred.
- Robust leadership, people-management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations.
- Willingness to travel for defence projects, customer visits, field operations, installations and maintenance when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
