Job Title: Assistant Manager Store

MB Exports Limited produces Dewatering & Irrigation Quick Couplings (since 1997) and Vacuum Piston Pumps (since 2008).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of the Stores Department.
- Handle material receiving, storage, and issue to production.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records in SAP.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, PPC, and Accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
- Control slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, safety, and discipline in the stores.
- Supervise and guide the stores team.
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in Stores/Inventory, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and material management.
- Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
