Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and agile Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth in the luxury real estate segment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The role involves managing the sales team, handling premium clients, driving conversions, and contributing to the growth of luxury real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle high-value and premium clients throughout the sales process.
- Generate and convert leads into successful bookings.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and premium clientele.
- Guide the team on lead conversion, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.




- Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client handling and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record.
- Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle premium/HNI clients professionally.
