Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on business hiring needs.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists.
- Create job descriptions and publish vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
- Screen applications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring volume.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other hiring partners.
- Improve candidate experience and employer branding.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to senior management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
