Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Mechanical Instructor to provide theoretical and practical training to students in mechanical trades. The instructor will be responsible for delivering classroom lessons, conducting practical workshop sessions, developing students' technical skills, and preparing them for examinations, internships, and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical classes for mechanical trade students.
- Teach fundamental and advanced concepts related to mechanical engineering and automobile/mechanical trades.
- Demonstrate the correct use of machines, tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Provide hands-on training in workshop practices, fitting, machining, maintenance, and related mechanical activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, assignments, and training materials.
- Assess students' technical knowledge, practical skills, attendance, and overall progress.
- Conduct internal tests, practical assessments, and examinations as required.
- Maintain workshop equipment, tools, machines, and training materials.
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed during all practical sessions.
- Guide students in project work, industrial visits, internships, and skill-development activities.
- Support students in preparing for university / government examinations and employment interviews.
- Maintain student records, attendance registers, assessment records, and other academic documentation.




- Provide career guidance and encourage students to develop employability and entrepreneurial skills.
- Coordinate with the academic team and management to improve the quality of training.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications

- DME /MMV/MRAC/ B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant mechanical trade.
- Relevant technical teaching or industrial experience will be an advantage.
- Positive practical knowledge of mechanical tools, machinery, workshop practices, and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of computer applications and digital teaching methods is desirable.

Experience

Salary

Salary: ₹.12000/- to ₹.15000/- per month
Other Benefits: As per the institution's rules and policies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
