- Monitor and ensure SMT process quality from material kitting through final inspection.
- Verify BOM, Assembly Drawing, DNP list, PCB revision and component specifications before production.
- Perform First Article / First Piece inspection and verify component placement, polarity, orientation and value.
- Monitor SPI, AOI, X-ray and visual inspection results and coordinate corrective actions.
- Inspect SMT defects such as:
- Solder bridging
- Insufficient/excess solder
- Tombstoning
- Component shifting
- Misalignment
- Open/short solder joints
- Polarity/orientation errors
- Solder balls
- BGA defects/voiding
- Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 requirements and applicable customer specifications.
- Conduct in-process and final PCBA inspections.
- Prepare and maintain NCR, RCA, CAPA, 8D and customer complaint reports.




- Analyze defect trends and identify recurring quality issues.
- Coordinate with Production, SMT Process Engineering, Stores and Procurement for quality-related issues.
- Verify MSL handling, baking, ESD controls and component storage conditions.
- Review and approve inspection reports before dispatch.
- Support customer audits and internal quality audits.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports and traceability documents.
- Train operators and technicians on PCB handling, ESD, soldering and quality requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
