Duties & Responsibilities - Delivery Associate (Dark Store)
1. On-Time Delivery: Ensure quick delivery within defined TAT and service area.
2. Order Verification: Verify items against bill for accuracy and quality prior to dispatch.
3. Customer Service: Contact customer upon arrival and ensure polite, professional delivery.
4. Payment & POD: Handle COD transactions accurately and update OTP/photo proof in app.
5. Attendance & Reporting: Maintain punctuality, app discipline, and report delivery issues promptly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
