We are looking for a high-performance Content Marketing & Organic Growth Expert who can build a powerful organic lead generation engine through SEO, YouTube, content marketing and digital marketing.

This is NOT a basic social media or SEO executive role.

We are looking for someone who understands:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Google SEO

- Develop and execute complete SEO strategies
- Keyword research & competitor analysis
- On-page and technical SEO
- Build and scale SEO-focused blogs and landing pages
- Improve Google rankings for high-value commercial keywords
- Increase organic traffic and inbound enquiries

YouTube SEO & Growth

- YouTube keyword research
- Video title, description & metadata optimisation
- YouTube SEO strategy
- Content topic research based on search demand
- Improve CTR, watch time and organic discovery
- Identify videos/topics capable of generating business leads

Content Marketing

- Build a scalable content marketing strategy
- Plan blogs, YouTube videos, articles and other content
- Create content around customer problems and high-intent searches
- Convert informational traffic into business enquiries




- Build topical authority around our core services

Organic Lead Generation

- Develop systems to generate 1000+ organic/inbound leads per month
- Track traffic → leads → qualified leads → sales
- Identify high-converting keywords and content
- Continuously improve conversion rates
- Work closely with the sales team to increase lead quality
