Qualification: MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Location: Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and interview performance

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced MBA (Finance) / CA professional with relevant experience in Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), Transaction Advisory, Valuation, or Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and execute Investment and M&A; transactions from analysis to execution.
- Conduct financial analysis, business analysis, and valuation of companies and businesses.
- Assist in due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal evaluation.
- Prepare financial models, valuation reports, presentations, and transaction-related documents.
- Conduct industry, market, and company research to support investment and transaction decisions.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, Information Memorandums (IMs),



and financial analysis reports.
- Coordinate with clients, investors, advisors, and other stakeholders during transactions.
- Support transaction advisory and corporate finance assignments.
- Monitor and analyse financial and business performance relevant to investment and M&A; engagements.

Candidate Requirements

- CA or MBA (Finance) qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, M&A;, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and financial modelling.
- Valuable understanding of valuation methodologies and M&A; processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
