Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, call volumes, conversions, and sales achievements.
- Allocate leads to team members and ensure proper follow-up.
- Guide team members on effective calling, customer handling, and sales techniques.
- Monitor CRM updates, lead status, and follow-up activities.
- Track individual and team KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing sales.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments for smooth lead conversion.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of all customer interactions.

Requirements:





- Experience in Telesales / Telecalling, with team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with valuable leadership and team-management abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Excel preferred.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
