Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: 1.5+ Years in Non-IT Recruitment
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
- Source and identify candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & other platforms
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offers & joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
Requirements:
✔ 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Positive candidate sourcing and screening abilities
✔ Comfortable with candidate coordination and salary negotiation
✔ Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements
