The Facility Field Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at assigned client sites, supervising manpower, monitoring attendance and service quality, conducting inspections, coordinating with clients, and resolving operational issues.

The candidate should be comfortable working in the field, travelling to multiple client locations, and handling manpower-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations at assigned EOX client sites.
- Supervise housekeeping and security manpower and ensure proper deployment.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify operational issues.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and field staff for smooth operations.
- Maintain attendance, inspection, deployment, and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower, service quality, complaints, and operational requirements.
- Handle staff shortages, replacements, absenteeism, and site-level issues.
- Ensure employees follow EOX SOPs, safety procedures, and client requirements.
- Support the HR team in manpower recruitment, onboarding, and deployment when required.
- Ensure uniforms, ID cards, equipment, and required materials are properly maintained.
- Escalate critical operational issues to the Operations Manager and management.
- Travel to multiple client locations as required.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping Operations, Security Operations, Site Operations, or a similar field role.
- Experience in handling multiple sites and manpower will be preferred.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to handle staff issues and client requirements professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and daily reporting.
- Willingness to travel within Madurai and nearby locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned sites.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with previous experience as Facility Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, Security Supervisor, Field Officer, Site Supervisor, Facility Executive, or Operations Executive are encouraged to apply.
