We are looking for a Field Support Engineer responsible for GPS device installation, troubleshooting, and in office technical support for vehicles. The candidate should be comfortable traveling, handling basic electrical connections, communicating fluently in English, and interacting with customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles (cars, buses, trucks, etc.)
- Perform basic wiring and electrical connections
- Troubleshoot device and connectivity issues on-site
- Conduct testing and ensure proper device functionality
- Provide customer support during and after installation
- Maintain installation reports and service records
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Any technical qualification (Electronics, ECE, Electrical, or related)
- Basic knowledge of vehicle wiring and electrical systems
- Fluent English communication skills
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
- Basic mobile app handling skills
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in GPS installation or vehicle accessories installation
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
