Boba Dote is a recent bubble tea, matcha and coffee brand opening in Calicut, and we're hiring crew for the drinks bar. No experience needed — if you're quick, clean and keen to learn, we'll train you on everything.
What you'll do:
- Make bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, matcha and coffee to recipe.
- Cook and prep the pearls, keep your station stocked and spotless.
- Help with billing on the shared counter machine when free; orders are self-collect, so call them out when ready.
- Build every drink to look as good as it tastes — people photograph these.
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders, and help with the odd photo or video for social media.
What we're looking for:
- A real willingness to learn and do things properly.
- Quick hands and good hygiene.
- English and Malayalam, both preferred.
- Comfortable with a late shift; we close at 1 AM.
Salary: ₹14,000–₹20,000/month depending on experience, finalised at interview.
Shift: 3 PM to 1 AM, 6 days a week. Location: Vellayil, Kozhikode (next to Cool Well Ice Factory).
