Background: Hospitality / Hotel Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team and day-to-day housekeeping operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and presentation across the facility.
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate responsibilities, and monitor staff performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of patient areas, rooms, common areas, washrooms, and other facility areas.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and consumption.
- Coordinate with administration, clinical, maintenance, and other departments.
- Train housekeeping staff on hygiene, safety, grooming, and service standards.
- Monitor housekeeping SOP compliance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Handle housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain records related to housekeeping operations, inventory, attendance, and maintenance requirements.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in the hospitality/hotel industry.
- Prior experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager/HOD role preferred.
- Strong team-management and leadership skills.
- Positive knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, sanitation, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates from reputed hotels/hospitality establishments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,597.97 - ₹40,000.00 per month
