Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and organized Recruiter / HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for hiring staff across sales, operations, phlebotomy, care management and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Complete joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate attendance, leave and basic HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs and employee-related queries.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction.




- Maintain proper HR files and documentation.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Robust coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Experience in healthcare, sales or startup recruitment will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators

- Number of positions closed within target time.
- Quality and retention of hires.
- Candidate follow-up and joining conversion.
- Recruitment MIS accuracy.
- Timely completion of joining and HR documentation.
