About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Store Manager Fresher to support and manage day-to-day store operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is interested in retail, inventory management, customer handling, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain and update inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Handle inward and outward movement of products/materials.
- Ensure proper arrangement and organization of the store.
- Assist customers and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support billing and daily cash reconciliation, where applicable.




- Prepare basic reports related to inventory and store operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper maintenance of the store.
- Support the store team in achieving operational and sales targets.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn store and inventory management.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
- Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
