Job Summary

We are hiring Tele-Collection Officers to manage delinquent and pre-delinquent customer accounts through telephone-based customer interactions.

The role involves contacting customers regarding overdue accounts, obtaining payment commitments, handling customer queries, updating information in the collections CRM, and meeting assigned productivity and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact delinquent and pre-delinquent account holders using predefined calling scripts.
- Inform customers about their overdue account status.
- Obtain promise-to-pay commitments from customers.
- Answer customer queries related to products or the company.
- Understand customer concerns and reasons for payment default.
- Enter and update customer information and responses in the collections CRM.
- Follow applicable call quality parameters.
- Achieve assigned collections and productivity targets.
- Meet assigned efficiency and productivity benchmarks.
- Work effectively as part of the collections team.




- Contribute to overall collections productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Prior experience in Tele-Collections, Tele-Sales, or Service roles.
- DRA certification is mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers professionally.
- Experience meeting collections, sales, or service-related performance benchmarks.
- Comfortable working with performance and productivity targets.

Compensation

Fixed Compensation: ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,60,000

Performance-Linked Incentives: Up to 100% of fixed pay, linked to monthly/quarterly outcomes.
