We are looking for a results-driven Technical Project Manager with 8 - 10 years of experience managing websites and web application delivery in a client-facing environment. This role demands strong ownership of delivery, proactive stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate business requirements into successful technical outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality, while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of website and web application projects, from discovery to deployment and post-release support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
- Gather, analyze and refine client requirements, converting them into actionable project plans and technical tasks.
- Drive project execution across technologies such as PHP, ReactJS, NextJS, PHP, and CMS platforms (Drupal, Wordpress).
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure predictable, high-quality sprint delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning with a solid focus on on-time delivery.
- Monitor project health, track progress against KPIs, and provide regular status reports to clients and leadership.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to QA processes, testing cycles, and release standards.
- Manage change requests, scope creep and client escalations effectively.
- Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients and ensure successful sign-offs.
- Coordinate deployments and ensure smooth production releases with minimal disruption.

Required Skills & Experience:





- 8 - 10 years of experience in technical project management, with strong exposure to client-facing delivery roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering websites and web applications.
- Strong understanding of web technologies: ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX.
- Experience managing CMS-driven projects (Drupal , Wordpress).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Excellent skills in scope management, estimation, and delivery planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Tools & Technologies:

- Project Management & Tracking: JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday.com
- Client Collaboration & Documentation: Confluence, Notion, Slack, Microsoft Teams
- Version Control: Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
- CI/CD & Release Management: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
- Familiarity with QA tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman) for better delivery alignment

Client-Facing & Delivery Expectations:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and transparency.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
- Ensure high client satisfaction (CSAT) and retain business opportunities.
- Handle escalations confidently and provide timely resolutions.
- Drive a culture of accountability, predictability, and continuous improvement in delivery.
