Qualification

- MBA – Marketing preferred
- Graduate candidates with good communication and marketing skills may also apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Experienced candidates will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle real estate leads
- Coordinate with clients and understand their property requirements
- Promote residential, commercial and other real estate projects
- Conduct client meetings and property visits
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Develop new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets




- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and confidence
- Strong interest in sales & marketing
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Noida / Greater Noida real estate market will be an advantage

Salary

Salary + Incentives
Compensation will be based on qualification, experience and performance.
