- Education: HSC / Graduate (Any stream)

- Experience: Minimum 6 Months International Voice Process (Healthcare / Customer Support preferred)

- Excellent Verbal English Communication - Mandatory

- Positive knowledge of US Healthcare / Customer Service

- Comfortable with US Night Shifts & Work from Office (Powai)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle US customers calls for healthcare queries

- Provide information about healthcare plans, benefits & claims

- Resolve customer issues with empathy and accuracy





- Maintain HIPAA compliance and process quality

- Document interactions in CRM

Required Skills:

- Excellent English Communication (Voice)
