We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who can connect with potential clients, schedule appointments, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's services.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales and marketing team.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to maintain relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and client support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally.




- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing services is an advantage.
- Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
