This is a full-time role for a Junior Architect, located in Kozhikode. The Junior Architect will assist in creating architectural designs, drafting building plans, and developing detailed project drawings. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with senior architects, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. The role requires maintaining coordination with the project team to ensure seamless integration of all architectural design components throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Familiarity with Project Management skills, including task coordination and timeline tracking.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong ability to bring concepts to life.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/ Enscape
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
