1. Experience in a hybrid AV production and IT/networking role.
2 Robust proficiency in live streaming software (OBS, vMix) and hardware setups.
3. Solid working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, bandwidth management).
4. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently under pressure during live events.
5. Live Streaming & AV Production: Manage end-to-end live broadcasts on YouTube and other platforms using software like OBS or vMix; operate cameras, switchers, and audio gear; and monitor stream health in real time.
6. Network Integration & Configuration: Configure and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, LAN/WAN) optimized for high-bandwidth, low latency video transmission.

System & Hardware Support: Install, update, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and peripheral hardware to ensure peak performance.
8. Maintenance & Security: Maintain inventory records of IT and AV assets, manage user access, and execute quick troubleshooting during live events to prevent downtime.

- Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
