About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineering fresher or junior-level candidate with basic knowledge of AutoCAD and computer applications to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in civil drafting and be willing to learn, develop technical skills, and work closely with engineers to prepare accurate drawings and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create architectural, structural, and construction drawings based on project requirements.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans.
- Modify and update drawings based on instructions from engineers and project requirements.
- Incorporate revisions and changes into existing drawings.
- Check dimensions, levels, measurements, materials, and other drawing details for accuracy.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and required formats.
- Prepare as-built drawings and other construction-related documentation.
- Review drawings carefully to identify errors and help minimize rework.
- Coordinate with engineers and other team members to ensure drawings are completed accurately and on time.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech.



in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 0–2 years of experience are also encouraged.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.
- Positive understanding of basic civil engineering and construction concepts.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and a positive attitude.

Work Location & Travel Requirements

- This is primarily an office-based position at our office in Krishna Nagar, Puducherry.
- Physical presence at the office is mandatory for this role.
- After gaining sufficient proficiency and demonstrating consistent performance, remote work may be considered after 1 year, subject to work requirements and company approval.
- Candidates must be able to commute to the office independently.
- A personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are required for the role.
