Bhagya Home Creations – Beautiful Homes by Asian Paints is a premium home solutions showroom in Siliguri, offering a wide range of products and solutions for beautiful and complete homes, including fabrics, wallpapers, upholstery, lighting, modular kitchens, wardrobes, fitted furniture, sanitary & CP fittings, windows, flooring, home automation and more.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Telecaller / Lead Generation & Business Promotion Executive to strengthen our business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business enquiries.
- Generate leads through telecalling, online platforms, references and other sources.
- Promote Bhagya Home Creations and its range of home improvement and interior solutions.
- Speak with prospective homeowners, architects, interior designers, contractors and other potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and generate relevant enquiries.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
- Invite potential customers to visit our showroom and coordinate site visits where required.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.




- Assist in promotional activities and development of new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers.
- Fluent in English and Hindi – essential.
- Knowledge of Nepali – preferred.
- Knowledge of Bengali – an added advantage.
- Should be comfortable making a large number of outbound calls.
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp and internet usage.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, customer service or business development will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply.
- Should be proactive, disciplined, enthusiastic and target-oriented.

Experience

0–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills and suitability for the position.

Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
