Role Description The Business Growth Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanayannur. In this role, the individual will focus on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building robust relationships with suppliers and buyers, and supporting their onboarding to the Filumart.com platform. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing business performance, assisting in developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to improve user acquisition and engagement. The role also involves handling client communications, addressing enquiries,



and ensuring a positive experience for users on the platform. The Business Growth Associate will contribute to revenue growth and market expansion by actively promoting Filumart.com’s value proposition in the B2B ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance and Business knowledge to understand commercial models, pricing, and growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketplace platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet targets, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edathala, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
