Florist / Bouquet Designer

Phoolish is a new floral brand creating personalised bouquets for gifting. Customers will be able to choose flowers, packaging, and decorative details, so we’re looking for a florist who can turn individual requests into beautiful, well-finished bouquets.

Responsibilities

- Create fresh flower bouquets based on customer briefs and reference images
- Recommend flower combinations and suitable alternatives when a flower is unavailable
- Wrap and finish bouquets neatly using paper, fabric, ribbons, and decorative elements
- Source flowers, check quality and prepare bouquets for delivery
- Help develop sample bouquets and current designs for our collection
- Work with the team to meet agreed order timelines

What we’re looking for

- Hands-on experience in bouquet making or floral arrangement
- A portfolio of your work, including photos taken on a phone
- A good eye for colour, proportion, and finishing
- Careful handling of fresh flowers and materials
- Clear communication and reliability

Location: Bengaluru

Work arrangement and compensation: To be discussed based on experience and the final production setup.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
