Position: CRM Executive – Just Dial / Bajaj Insurance
Experience: Just Dial / Bajaj Insurance experience is mandatory
Role: Customer Relationship Management & Calling
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and queries.
- Make 250–300 calls per day.
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
- Coordinate with customers and provide proper assistance.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements: Positive communication skills, customer handling experience, and basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
