Receive and record customer enquiries through email, phone, WhatsApp, IndiaMART,
Follow up with customers for quotations, pending orders, purchase orders, and payment status.
Enter and maintain sales orders and customer data in ERP/CRM systems.
Coordinate with Production/PPC regarding material availability and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Stores and Dispatch for timely order execution and delivery.
Coordinate with Accounts for invoice-related matters, outstanding payments, and customer credit status.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, Purchase Orders, order confirmations, and dispatch details.
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
