About the Role
Ocean One Ship Management is hiring an Accounts Executive to manage core accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role suited to a candidate with practical experience in Tally and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and complete day-to-day ledger entries
- Operate Tally (ERP/Prime) for all core accounting functions
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and complete monthly reconciliations
- Calculate and deduct TDS, file TDS returns, and issue Form 16/16A
- Perform bank and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations
- Process vendor invoices, expense claims, and payments
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Liaise with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions




- Assist with MIS reporting and other finance team tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

- Master's Or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in an accounts/finance role
- Working knowledge of Tally (ERP/Prime)
- Practical understanding of GST filing and reconciliation
- Practical understanding of TDS deduction and return filing
- Proficiency in ledger entries and journal scrutiny
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Robust attention to detail
