Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, ensure smooth workflow, and manage operations-related challenges. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing key operational metrics, coordinating across departments for operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production and supply chain process. The role requires working closely with team members and management to achieve organizational goals and optimize processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations and Operations Management experience, including the ability to streamline processes and oversee day-to-day functions
- Effective Analytical Skills to analyze data, identify trends,



and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate with teams and build effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Relevant educational background, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food industry or similar sectors is a plus
