Job Description

Fame Throne Media is an influencer marketing and creator management agency working with brands and content creators to build impactful marketing campaigns. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who has at least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience and is interested in growing their career in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and business development. This is a hands-on role in a growing startup. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with sales, client communication, and building business relationships. Experience in influencer marketing or creator campaign management will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands and potential clients.

* Handle sales outreach, lead generation, and client communication.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and business partners.

* Coordinate with creators and internal teams to support influencer marketing campaigns.

* Assist in campaign planning, execution, and client follow-ups.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant creators.

* Work closely with the founders to support business growth and develop industry knowledge.

* Maintain consistent follow-ups and take ownership of assigned targets and responsibilities.

Requirements

* 6 months to 1 year of sales experience is mandatory.

* Experience in influencer marketing, creator management, digital marketing, or campaign handling is preferred.





* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

* Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

* Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment.
