Financial Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Financial Advisor to join the Direct Credit team. The role involves understanding customers’ financial requirements, explaining suitable financial solutions, and supporting customers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer financial needs and requirements.
- Explain relevant loan and financial solutions clearly.
- Assist customers with the application and documentation process.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve assigned business and customer-service targets.

- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
