JOB DESCRIPTION

People Prime Worldwide is hiring enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the position of Domestic IT Recruiter at our KPHB, Kukatpally office. Candidates with good communication skills, basic knowledge of recruitment, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT recruitment and the recruitment process.
- Basic knowledge of sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Understanding of job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Basic familiarity with Naukri and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.





CANDIDATE PREFERENCES

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates residing within 5–10 km of our KPHB, Kukatpally office are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

WORKING DAYS & TIMINGS

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Sunday: Weekly off
