Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Intern who can manage day-to-day HR activities, support recruitment, coordinate with employees, and help build a structured and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring for different roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with team members regarding HR-related requirements.
- Support employee engagement and team activities.
- Follow up on employee performance, attendance, and work discipline.
- Assist in preparing HR policies, processes, and internal communication.
- Maintain regular recruitment and HR reports.




- Support management in building and improving HR processes.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proactive, organised, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
