Job Title: Sales Counsellor – Software Training Institute Job Summary

The Sales Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals about software training courses such as Autocad CATIA, NX-CAD, and related programs, understanding their career goals, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries
- Provide course counselling based on student background and career objectives
- Explain course details including curriculum, duration, fees, and placement support
- Promote and sell software training programs effectively
- Follow up with prospective students and close admissions
- Coordinate demo classes and support the admission process
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to explain technical courses in a simple and convincing manner
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM preferred)

Qualifications

- Any Graduate / Diploma holder
- Experience in education sales or training institutes is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
