We're building an acrylic emulsion binder plant. We need one engineer to build it.

Not manage it. Not supervise consultants who build it. Build it.

The job
Take an empty site to the first positive batch.

- Draw the process: flow diagram, P&IDs;, heat balance, layout.
- Size the cooling so the reaction never gets ahead of you.
- Write the equipment specs. Make fabricators quote against your design, not their catalogue.
- Inspect fabrication at the workshop. Reject what's wrong.
- Run erection, piping, electrical and utilities on site.
- Run the HAZOP. Get the approvals.
- Water trials. First batch. Handover.

Build it well and you can stay to run it.

You

- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years in emulsion, resin, adhesive or paint manufacturing.
- You've been on site for at least one plant build or major expansion, on the floor, not in the office.




- You know what happens when the chiller fails mid-feed, and what you do in the next 60 seconds.
- You can read a P&ID;, argue with a fabricator, and win.

Not for you if

- You need a big team under you.
- You've only run plants other people built, and never wanted to build one.
- You're here for the salary. The pay is ₹50,000 a month. What you get is a plant you can point to and say: I built that.

How to apply

- Name the plant you worked on: product, capacity, your exact role.
- The hardest technical problem you solved on that project, in five sentences or fewer.
- A 5 KL acrylic reactor, monomer feed 60% done, chiller trips. What do you do?

Pay: ₹239,072.36 - ₹803,107.02 per year
