Key Responsibilities1. Guest Reception & Hostess Duties

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and guide them to their tables.
- Provide basic information about the restaurant, menu, offers, and facilities.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest service.
- Attend to guest queries, requests, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain a friendly, polite, and skilled appearance at all times.
- Monitor guest flow and coordinate table availability during busy periods.

2. Billing & Cashier Duties

- Prepare customer bills accurately using the POS/billing system.
- Enter food and beverage orders correctly into the billing system.
- Verify bills before presenting them to customers.
- Collect cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- Provide receipts and return the correct balance to customers.
- Maintain proper cash handling and ensure the billing counter is organized.
- Verify daily cash, card, and digital payment collections.
- Report any billing discrepancies or payment issues immediately to the supervisor.




- Assist with daily sales closing and handover of cash and billing records.

3. Customer Service

- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the guest's visit.
- Handle customer requests courteously and promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff regarding customer requirements.
- Escalate complaints or serious issues to the Restaurant Manager.
- Support the team during peak hours as required.

4. Documentation & Control

- Maintain proper billing records and supporting documents.
- Ensure all transactions are entered correctly in the POS system.
- Check cancelled bills, discounts, complimentary items, and refunds as per company policy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sales, cash, and customer-related information.
- Assist the Accounts Department with required billing and collection information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
