NABH Accreditation & Compliance

- Lead the implementation and maintenance of NABH standards (latest editions).
- Coordinate pre-assessments, final assessments, and surveillance audits.
- Track non-conformities (NCs) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

2. Quality Systems & Documentation

- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and quality manuals.
- Maintain control over document versioning, registers, and hospital records.
- Monitor clinical and non-clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

3. Audits & Patient Safety

- Conduct routine internal audits and departmental checks.
- Monitor patient safety incidents, sentinel events, and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage patient feedback, handle grievances, and track resolution timelines.

4. Training & Coordination

- Conduct staff training on NABH standards, infection control, and patient safety goals.
- Coordinate with departmental heads (HODs) to bridge quality gaps.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
