Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist passengers throughout their airport journey, including check-in, boarding, arrival, and departure.

- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, baggage, and airport services.

- Assist passengers with check-in formalities, boarding passes, baggage procedures, and gate requirements.

- Provide courteous assistance to senior citizens, children, and passengers requiring special assistance.

- Handle passenger queries, requests, and concerns professionally.

- Resolve routine passenger issues with a service-oriented approach and escalate matters when required.

- Maintain operational records and complete required documentation accurately.





- Coordinate with relevant airport/airline teams to support smooth passenger movement.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

- Graduates: Preferred

- Experience: Freshers can apply; relevant airport, aviation, hospitality, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi.

- Strong customer-service orientation and professional attitude.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Valuable problem-solving and passenger-handling skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
