Job Role:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan, create, and publish regular social media posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Handle Meta Ads and other social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and make necessary changes to improve reach and engagement.
- Create basic graphics and social media creatives using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Coordinate content ideas, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages,
and respond appropriately.
- Track social media and advertising performance and prepare basic reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content and marketing ideas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing/social media preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills and knowledge can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising.
- Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Valuable communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
Salary:
Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
